Monthly billing, confirmed by people
Prices are monthly in USD. Submitting a subscription or quote request does not charge your church or enrol it in a paid plan. Under the current workflow, payment and activation are confirmed with the platform team and subscriptions do not renew automatically.
What a paid workspace unlocks
An active subscription unlocks the member directory, attendance, announcements, ministry and study-group management, private prayer care and counselling, scheduling, roles, church finance and analytics, and live-service management.
What remains available
Without an active subscription, members can still use Community, public events and RSVPs, Bible reading and Daily Word, Grace Rooms, Saved, profiles, notifications, messaging, and church transfer. Only paid church-workspace tools are paused.
Cancellation and trials
An authorised pastor, church administrator, treasurer, financial secretary, or subscription manager can submit a cancellation request in the app and state the desired timing. Access changes when the platform team records the cancellation. Trials end on their recorded date and never convert automatically to a paid plan.
From choosing a tier to activation
Choose the appropriate tier
Use the active-member ranges in the table to identify the monthly reference price for your church. The tiers describe congregation size; they are not separate feature packages.
Understand the currency
Billing prices are stated in US dollars. The bracketed Jamaican-dollar amounts are approximate planning references, as shown in the existing pricing table.
Submit a request for review
Use the subscription request page to provide the church and plan details. Submitting that request does not make a payment or immediately activate paid access.
Confirm payment and activation
The platform team confirms payment and activation under the current workflow. Subscription renewal is not automatic. Keep the church’s subscription manager involved in the next steps.
Larger congregations
Churches with 1,001 or more active members use the Enterprise / Custom option. Submit a request with your church details so the platform team can review the appropriate arrangement.
Manage an existing subscription
Use the subscription management page to review your church’s subscription information. Authorised users can request cancellation in the app; the platform team records the resulting access change.
