Frequently Asked Questions

Only official Pastors, Senior Leaders, or designated Church Administrators should register a church. We verify leadership to ensure the digital space is secure.

No. To protect the integrity of church communities, members can only join churches that have been officially registered and approved on Grace Connect.

Once registered, a church goes into a 'Pending' status. Our moderation team or automated system reviews the submission. Once verified, the status is updated to 'Approved'.

The Pastor/Admin will receive a confirmation email. At that point, the church becomes visible in the search directory, allowing members to sign up and request to join.

Grace Connect is built for every denomination and independent church in the Kingdom of God — this is a directory-cleanliness convenience, not a sign of preference for any one group. Some denominations use the same long official name for every local congregation (for example, "Bull Bay New Testament Church of God"), so we shorten those listings to a clean form like "Bull Bay NTCOG" to keep the directory easy to search. We're glad to extend the same treatment to any other denomination with a similar naming pattern — just let us know.

No! Grace Connect is built for all Christian denominations and independent churches looking to foster a closer digital community.

Yes. The admin dashboard provides full tools to approve/remove members, send push notifications, manage the calendar, and moderate the community feed.

Subscriptions, access, and policies

No. Submitting a subscription or quote request does not charge the church or enrol it in a paid plan. Payment and activation are confirmed with the platform team.

Under the current workflow, subscriptions do not renew automatically. Trials end on their recorded date and do not automatically convert to a paid plan.

Only paid church-workspace tools are paused. Community, public events and RSVPs, Bible reading and Daily Word, Grace Rooms, Saved, profiles, notifications, messaging, and church transfer remain available under the existing access rules.

Grace Connect is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Read the 18+ Age Policy in the Legal Center for the full requirements.

The Legal Center includes the Privacy Policy, Account Deletion Policy, Data Retention Schedule, Community Guidelines, and other operating documents. Review the relevant policy before submitting a request.

Read the Pastoral Care Disclaimer for the limits of prayer and counselling support and its emergency guidance. Use the appropriate emergency services when immediate help is needed.
