Know what to expect at each stage
Verify your email
Follow the email-verification step presented during registration. Return to the completion step to submit the application. Email verification and church approval are separate parts of the process.
While the church is reviewed
The church application remains pending until it has been reviewed. Wait for the church-approval confirmation before asking members to search for the church in the approved directory.
For congregation members
Open Member Access, search for your approved church, and select it before completing the sign-up form. Verify your email and complete the membership-request step when prompted.
After requesting membership
Church-specific access opens after the church’s pastor or administrator approves the request. The existing Community access rules still apply while a membership request is pending.
Introduce the church’s digital routine
Once access is ready, show members where to find announcements, prayer, events, Bible study, and their ministry groups. Leaders can then introduce the tools relevant to each member’s role.
