How external giving links, donations, receipts, and refund issues are handled.

1. External Giving Providers
Grace Connect may allow churches to configure giving, donation, tithe, offering, or pledge links through external payment providers. Grace Connect may open the provider’s website, app, or checkout page. Users should confirm the church name and payment details before giving.
2. No Card Storage by Grace Connect
Grace Connect is not intended to store full card numbers, card security codes, bank passwords, or complete payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by the external provider selected by the church.
3. Church Responsibility
Each church is responsible for configuring its official giving link accurately, monitoring transactions, issuing receipts where applicable, handling internal finance procedures, and responding to donor questions.
4. Refunds
Donation refunds, duplicate payments, accidental payments, failed payments, chargebacks, and receipt corrections must be handled by the receiving church and/or the external payment provider. Grace Connect may help route support questions but does not control the external payment provider’s refund decision.
5. Tax and Legal Advice
Grace Connect does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or charitable-deduction advice. Users and churches should consult qualified professionals regarding receipts, tax treatment, and financial reporting.
6. Suspicious Giving Links
Users should report suspicious or unauthorized giving links immediately. Grace Connect may remove or restrict giving links that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or unsafe.
