18+ Age Policy

1. Adult-Only Service

Grace Connect is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. This applies to members, church administrators, pastors, ministry leaders, care-team users, finance users, and support users.

2. No Accounts for Minors

Users under 18 may not create an account, register a church, join a church space, send messages, submit prayer requests, join ministry groups, or use attendance and giving-related features through their own account.

3. Sign-Up Confirmation

Before account creation, the sign-up form must require the user to confirm that they are at least 18. This confirmation should be stored with the account metadata, including the timestamp and legal document versions accepted at sign-up.

4. Discovery of Underage Accounts

If Grace Connect learns that an account belongs to a person under 18, Grace Connect may suspend or delete the account. Any deletion will be handled according to the Account Deletion Policy and Data Retention Schedule.

5. Church Responsibility

Churches must not knowingly invite minors to create personal Grace Connect accounts. If a church wants to communicate with youth ministries or minors, it should use separate methods that meet child-safety and parental-consent requirements.
